Meeting Notes for 19 October

Present: Joel, Sudha, Mark, Ken

Drupal site

We should be clear in articulating what functions we want the site to accomplish. We should also document problems with the site so that we can determine whether any particular bad feature is a limitation of Drupal or merely a deficiency of this particular implementation.

• We will compile lists of things everyone likes and things people don't like about the site
• Joel will arrange a teleconference that includes Shane and Jeremy to start documenting specific ideas
• Ken will contact the fellows groups for their feedback

Collectively, this will provide us a good starting point.

Ken is also interested to know specifically what database functions the current site has. I.e., is it possible to run a "Show all teachers in the ND center"-type query? If you know how, please let him know.

• The Shower Analysis step-by-step is on i2u2-dev. Sudha still requests feedback before deploying to production.
