Meeting Notes for 14 October

General

• Wiki references:
  • Sudha is working with Liz, Marge and Ken to get these moved to Drupal and then reference them from the e-Labs.
• Joel's first assignment:
  • Work with the new HelpDeskRequest code.
• Drupal:
  • Contact Senem for updates and cc everybody in the emails.
• Systems at ND:
  • Contact Paul for follow-up.
• TWiki at Argonne:
  • We will need to plan where to migrate all the relevant content. Options: Fermilab, Drupal or ND.

Cosmic

• Google map and detectors:
  • Display 6000 series only.
  • We need to find out how many of those have wrong geometry and Bob will contact the teachers to get the lat/long fixed.
• No updates about these topics:
  • Cosmic interactive plots.
  • Time of Flight.
  • Step by step and tutorials.
  • Priority queue for cosmic analsyes.
  • Dealing with Out of Memory Exception in large shower studies.

CMS

• Exploration: new interface.
  • Tom and Ken described what is new. They have contacted the fellows to provide feedback before we roll changes out to production.
