Common

  • China workshop revealed all sorts of issues
  • Our existing VDS metadatabase cannot scale, leading to an inability to service our system.
    • Throw more hardware at it?
    • Go to MongoDB?
  • 20KB apparently wasn't enough for each poster field; increased to 1 MiB.
  • SSD appears to be working excellently.

  • CMS is reporting that users can delete arbitrary posters(!); looking into this major issue.

Cosmic

  • Time dithering at the midnight time rollover is causing some files to unsuccessfully upload when they should
  • Error codes for upload failures are still unfriendly.

LIGO

  • Issues with some updated jquery libraries and new browsers; updated to the latest version of flot (and plugin).
